School Board
Central Coast Grammar School Limited (ABN: 85 002 839 607) is a not-for-profit company governed by the School Board, the members of which represent a broad cross-section of the community.

Chairman: Ken Jolly
Ken became Chairman in April 2011. He is Chairman of Scholastic Australia and New Zealand having worked with the company for 40 years, 27 as Managing Director, prior to which he was a High School Teacher. He is Chairman of the National Centre for Picture Book Art and a board member of a number of not-for-profit organisations. Ken has also served on the Board of Hunter TAFE and Chaired the Central Coast Steering Committee investigating Higher Education on the Central Coast. In 2005 Ken was appointed a Member(AM) of the Order of Australia for services to children's literature and to the community through philanthropic support for organisations benefiting sick and underprivileged children. |

Deputy Chair: Alan Williams
Alan is a CCGS parent and a Director of BlinkMobile Interactive, a fast growing innovator in mobile and software based at Mt Penang Parklands in Kariong. He is on the board of ET Australia and the Academic Advisory Board for IT at the University of Newcastle. With a background in IT and general management Alan has also sat on the boards of the Central Coast Mariners, Business Central Coast and the Central Coast Campus advisory board. Alan joined the Board in 2008. |

Treasurer: Tim Cullen
Tim is a former CCGS parent and a Director of Fortunity, a market leader in the business and financial services profession on the Central Coast. Tim is also a Director of ET Australia, on the board of several other local not-for-profit organisations, a JP, holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and CPA with more than 30 years of professional experience in the accounting industry. Tim joined the Board in 2009. |

Secretary: Christian Hobbs
Christian has been a solicitor since 1997. He presently is a partner at Peninsula Law Solicitors at Woy Woy and holds a double degree in law and arts, majoring in psychology. Christian joined the Board in 2009. |

Board Member: John Taylor
John is the Chairman of Confluence PM - a project management company with offices in Singapore, Dubai and London. Chair of the Central Coast Regional Development Corporation and a former CCGS parent, he joined the Board in 2004 and served as Chairman from 2007 to 2011. |

Board Member: Anne Garlick
Anne has held the position of Chief Information Officer for CommInsure, a subsidiary of the Commonwealth Bank since 2008, and has held numerous IT related positions in her lengthy career with the Commonwealth Bank. Anne holds a Master of Management from MGSM. She is a former CCGS parent and joined the Board in 2004. |

Board Member: Ashley Fill
Ashley is a CCGS parent proactively involved with the CCGS Fathers Group. He is an Associate Director within the Corporate Affairs Group of Macquarie Group Limited in Sydney. Ashley is a solicitor with expertise in risk management and insurance and is on the Education Committee of the Australian Insurance Law Association. He joined the Board in 2010. |

Margaret is a CCGS parent and the principal and founder of New Climate, a business consultancy company. A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, she chairs one other board and sits on four boards as a non executive director. Previous General Manager of Masterfoods until 2007, Margaret joined the Board in 2010. |

Board Member: Stephen Brahams
Stephen is a CCGS parent and a director of a number of internationally based companies with over 30 years experience in the commercial property development and investment market. He is a member of the Board of the Central Coast Regional Development Corporation and current chairman of the Project Control Group for The Landing development in Gosford. He is also a non executive director of Pacific Link Housing, a community housing provider based on the Central Coast. Stephen joined the Board in 2011. |
