Parents & Friends

The Parents & Friends Association (P&F) is an enthusiastic group working together for our school community under energetic and inspired leadership.

CCGS Parents and Friends

It's aim is to:

  • Secure additional amenities and resources to help all students of CCGS achieve their full potential
  • Provide a forum through which parents can get involved in their children’s education
  • Encourage a greater spirit of community and service
  • Create opportunities to develop and enjoy friendships both within and outside the school community
  • Promote both ‘Friend-raising’ and ‘Fundraising’ activities

Happy annual community events embody the deep family spirit that exists in our school and include the P&F Welcome Cocktails where new parents and staff mix with an excited school community ready for another exhilarating school year, and the Spring Fair and Art Show, which attracts thousands of visitors to the school.

Vision Splendid is one of the P&F’s major works programs. It is an ambitious 10-year generational plan to provide a unique physical environment that encapsulates the natural beauty of the school’s extensive grounds for future generations.

We are very grateful to the many parents, students and staff that take time out from busy lives to give their time, talents and treasures to contribute to the growth and development of the Central Coast Grammar School community.

The Fathers Group

The Fathers Group encourages fathers to be involved in the school community in the ways they enjoy and helps build and sustain lasting bonds. The Fathers & Children Camp allows dads, boys and girls to enjoy a fun filled weekend together away from the stresses of everyday life and the Fathers & Children Breakfast is an annual favourite.
The Fathers Group can be contacted via email on FathersGroup@ccgs.nsw.edu.au.

Parent Representative Scheme

The Parent Representative scheme (Parent Reps) consists of a small number of parents from each year group, who organise social events for that Year helping parents get to know and support each other. Families have shared outings such as picnics, Easter hunts, putt putt golf, bowling, movie nights, model trains, morning teas, Christmas parties and discos.
