Alternatively you can make an appointment with our Registrar, Sarah Barker. Sarah is looking forward to guiding your family through the enrolment process and answering any questions you may have and you contact her on her direct line (02) 4365 8404 or via email.

Registration

Once you have decided that you would like to start the process of enrolling your child at Central Coast Grammar School, registering your child will give you greater assurance that there will be a place in the school when the time for enrolment arrives. A non-refundable Registration Fee of $180 applies per child. Registered children are the first to be contacted about enrolment interviews in order of registration date. You can defer entry date once before date of Registration will be amended. Families of registered children receive regular news and updates as the date of enrolment draws closer. It is never too early to register using our Online Registration or download the Registration Form.  Should you wish to apply for a place for your child to commence immediately or some time within the next twelve months, bypass Registration and complete an Enrolment Application Form.

Application

If you have registered your child you will receive an invitation to apply for enrolment in the mail around 1-2 years prior to the year you would like your child to attend. An Enrolment Application Form is mailed to the parents of registered children in order of date of registration. The enrolment cannot proceed until the school has received a completed Enrolment Application Form, which must include a recent photograph of your child, their school reports (if applicable) and your child’s birth certificate. Families will then be invited to an interview.

Interview

The enrolment interview is a key stage in the enrolment process and one or both parents should attend along with your child. You can use the interview as an opportunity to find out more about how the school operates and we can get to know your child and discuss any special abilities or needs they may have. Your interview will take place at the school at a time convenient to you around 10 months prior to entry into the Junior School (K-6) or the Senior College (10-12) and 18 months prior to entry into the Middle School (Y7-9).

Offer of a Place

Following the interview, an offer of a place at Central Coast Grammar School may be made by the Headmaster, provided a vacancy exists and provided he is satisfied that your child has met the enrolment criteria outlined in our Enrolment Policy. The letter of offer will outline the things you need to do to accept the offer including acceptance of our Conditions of Enrolment, payment of a non-refundable Enrolment Fee of $700 per student and a partially refundable Entrance Fee of $2500 per family. See details of School Fees and charges.
