Jacki Lynch is a dedicated and passionate educator who has been an integral part of the Central Coast Grammar School community since 1997.
Jacki holds a Bachelor of Education and Diploma of Teaching from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).
Beginning her career as a Junior School classroom teacher, Jacki’s aspirational, driven and creative approach to education has seen her successfully serve in a range of leadership positions across the school. Her roles include Director of Teaching and Learning (Junior School), Acting Deputy Head of Junior School, Deputy Head of Middle School and Head of Middle School.
Grounded in a clear educational vision and a commitment to transformative practice, Jacki seeks to cultivate environments in which young people develop confidence, agency, and a strong sense of purpose. She firmly believes in nurturing character through integrity, gratitude, and empathy and has been actively involved in all aspects of school life both inside and beyond the classroom.
