Matt is an award‑winning educator and researcher whose work explores how emerging technologies, including AI, improve learning.
He has published more than 120 peer‑reviewed works and received the Australian Award for University Teaching Excellence in 2021. A former actuary and Mathematics teacher, he now lectures in educational technology at Macquarie University and has contributed to national policy.
Matt moved to the Central Coast in 2021, where his children attend Central Coast Grammar School.
