Tim Gardiner brings over 20 years’ experience in education with a focus on operational excellence and values-driven school culture.
He holds a Master of Educational Leadership, Secondary Education from Macquarie University, a Graduate Diploma in Education (Secondary) Science and PDHD teaching from The University of Notre Dame, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) from the University of Sydney.
In his current role, he leads the structures and processes that enable staff to thrive and students to flourish. Tim understands that as complex organisations, schools require strategic decision-making grounded in evidence and informed by data in order to succeed.
In his regulatory consultancy with the Association of Independent Schools of NSW (AISNSW), Tim gained deep expertise in school registration and compliance. His longstanding involvement in cocurricular program design reflects a belief in the holistic development of young people.
