Congratulations to 2025 alumnus and Dux Ethan Lenton, who was recently awarded his Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award at the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Level Achievers’ Reception at Government House, Sydney.
The occasion recognised participants who have completed the highest level of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, and included the opportunity to meet Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, along with distinguished guests including Tom Mould, Chairman of the Duke of Edinburgh Australia Board.
Fellow 2025 alumni Alexander Hunter and Isabella Robb also achieved their Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award, and while they were unable to attend the event, we also acknowledge and celebrate their successful completion of this significant undertaking.
The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award is a globally recognised self‑development program available to students at our school from Years 9 to 12, supporting young people to build confidence and develop character through real‑world challenges.
This achievement reflects a level of commitment from Ethan, Alexander and Isabella that extends well beyond the award itself.
