Back to School!

It’s not every Monday morning that students get to experience a live radio broadcast on campus!

As part of their weeklong “Back to School” breakfast broadcast, Gina & Matty visited several schools across the Central Coast, starting bright and early at CCGS.

The morning was filled with fun as CCGS students enjoyed fresh juice, a petting zoo, and a chance for students to meet some Central Coast Mariners.

There was even the opportunity for some CCGS students to appear live on radio!

Year 8 CCGS student, Elliot, went head-to-head with our Headmaster, Mr Phil O’Regan, in a ‘Generational Quiz’ filled with questions on pop culture, music and film.

In the end, Elliot came out on top and had special bragging rights that he beat the new Headmaster (but just for the day)!
